Meet our director
Peris Mostert, Director
Peris is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), trained in the United States, with hands-on caregiving experience and a strong grounding in person-centred care.
Working as a caregiver and nursing assistant showed her the daily challenges faced by people who need assistance, and the worry and responsibility carried by their families. She understands that inviting someone into your home to care for a loved one takes confidence and trust.
She founded Serene to build a care service that puts the individual at the centre: their needs, their preferences and their life story. Under her leadership, Serene focuses on professionalism, reliability, dignity and continuity of care, combined with a modern, simple way for families to arrange care.
Quality care isn't measured only by tasks completed. It's the reassurance families feel, the dignity kept in everyday moments, and the difference a dependable caregiver makes in someone's life.
